This talk will provide an overview of gate driver power supply design strategies to enable varying outputs rails. As present generation SiC manufacturers recommend utilizing different voltage rails, several different methods will be discussed to enable tunable power supply voltage levels to enable flexible operation of various power devices. Additionally, tolerance to present supply chain limitations through multi-source manufacturing will be detailed.
