Subarni Pradhan received B. Tech. degree in electrical engineering from Siksha ‘O’ Anushandhan University, Bhubaneswar, India, in 2011, and the M. Tech. degree in power control and drives from the National Institute of Technology, Rourkela, India, in 2013. She received her Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. Currently, she is working as a postdoc research scholar in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at McMaster University. Her areas of research interests include the development and implementation of adaptive and robust control techniques for electrical machine drives in EV applications, power electronics, micro-grid, and power quality.
