Ms. Anwesha Mukhopadhyay is currently pursuing her PhD degree in the Department of Electrical Engineering, Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, India. Her research area is Power Electronics, with a special interest in converter topologies, active filters, DC-DC converter and control. She has done her Masters in Power Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur in 2016. Prior to that, she was associated with India’s largest power utility company NTPC Limited for about 4.5 years right after completing her Bachelor's degree from Jadavpur University, Kolkata. She has experience working as an engineer in the commissioning and maintenance of diesel and steam generators of a 2100 MW super thermal power plant.
