Michael Zimmermann is an RnD engineer at Automotive and Energy Solutions of Keysight Technologies. He joined Keysight Technologies after receiving his Master’s degree at Technical University Dresden in electrical engineering in 2017. He led the development of the first commercially available Double-Pulse Test System for silicon (Si) and silicon-carbide (SiC) discrete devices which was later improved with Gallium-Nitride (GaN) test capabilities. He is member of JEDEC JC70 WBG (Wide-Bandgap) working group.
