Ben Morris, Ph.D. is a Lead Engineer with L3Harris, located in Anaheim California where he designs and simulates feedback control systems for power converters for defense applications. Ben has received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2002, and a Masters and Ph.D. from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor, in 2004 and 2008, respectively. Prior to joining L3Harris, Ben has worked on a wide variety of controls and optimization problems in robotics, aerospace, hydraulics, and truck transportation.
