Xueqing Li is currently working at Power Device Solutions, Qorvo, Inc. as a staff R&D engineer. He received his Ph.D. degree in electrical and computer engineering from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. He has published over 40 papers on SiC devices and technologies, and holds 4 US patents. He has over 20 years of expertise in the design and simulation of the SiC power devices including JFET, cascode, MOSFET, BJT, and GTO. He also has extensive experience in the testing and characterization of SiC power devices.
