Ryusuke Kanomata is a staff engineer affiliated with Engineering Division of Panasonic Industry Co., Ltd.
He received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in nano science and engineering from Waseda University, Tokyo, Japan, in 2011 and 2013, respectively. He joined Panasonic Corporation in 2013 and worked on the research and development of GaN power devices. From 2020, he has been engaged in research and development of high frequency power converters employing GaN power devices.
