Alberto Delgado (Member, IEEE) received the B.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Malaga (UMA), Spain, in 2016, and the M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in industrial electronics from the Polytechnic University of Madrid (UPM), in 2017 and 2021, respectively. He became a Teaching PhD Assistant at UPM, in 2023.
His research interests include modeling of DC-DC converters for inductive power transfer systems and magnetic components for different applications, such as RFID communications and wireless charging and magnetic nano-materials and micro-materials. During his undergraduate studies, he was awarded honours on several occasions, and he achieved the Best Student of the Year Award.
