NEOM Energy and Water
Dr. Grain Adam is a lead engineer with NEOM Energy and Water (ENOWA), and HVDC technology manager and responsible for deployments of power electronics in NEOM grids, Saudi Arabia. He received a PhD in Power Electronics from University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, UK, 2007. Previously, he was with Technology and Innovation Center, University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, UK.
Dr. Adam has authored over 60 technical reports for industry and published over 150 journal and conference articles in fundamental and applications of power electronics in power systems. Dr Adam research interests are multilevel converters for medium and high voltage applications, HVDC systems and renewable energy integration. Dr. Adam is a senior IEEE member and member of power electronics society, and associate editor of JESTPE.
