VINCENZO BARBA (Student Member IEEE) received the M.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from Politecnico di Torino, Italy, in 2021. He is currently a Ph.D. student at Politecnico di Torino. He is involved in the Power Electronics Innovation Center (PEIC) at the Politecnico di Torino. The topic of his research is the use of Gallium Nitrite FET in power converter, especially when they are used in motor drive application.
