Sihai Chen is now a senior chemist at Indium Corporation and he got his Ph. D. degree in Chemistry in 1996. Since then he has been worked in the fields of material science and engineering in Germany, Japan and USA for more than thirty years. His professional focus has been on nanomaterials, thermal interface and heat dissipating materials, and silver sinter paste. He has published more than 50 papers and is the first author of 4 granted patents.
