He Du

Dr. He Du (duhe@life.kyutech.ac.jp) is currently a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Kyushu Institute of Technology, Japan.
He received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering from North China Electric Power University, Beijing, China, in 2014 and 2017, respectively. In 2021, he completed a PhD degree in power electronics from Aalborg University, Denmark. From July to October 2015, he was an R&D Assistant with ABB Corporate Research Center in Beijing, China. In September 2019, he joined the Fraunhofer Institute for Integrated Systems and Device Technology (IISB), Germany, as a Visiting Scholar. His current research interests include the reliability assessment and condition monitoring of power electronic devices.
