Dr. Asier Garcia-Bediaga, researcher in IKERLAN. He received the B.Sc. degree in electronics from the University of Mondragon, Spain, in 2007, the M.Sc. from the electrical, electronics, computer science, hydraulics and telecommunications engineering school (ENSEEIHT), Toulouse, France, in 2009 and the Ph.D. degree from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Lausanne (EPFL), Switzerland, in 2014.
Since 2014 he is with the Ikerlan Technology Research Centre, Mondragon, as a Researcher in Power Electronics Area. His research interests include wide bandgap power electronics devices and the design, control and optimization of hard and soft-switching power converters for railway, storage systems and inductive power transfer applications.
