Dr. Hussein is an Associate Professor of Electrical Engineering, Energy Conversion and Storage expert, and IEEE Senior Member with 10+ years of combined research, teaching, industry and consulting experience in the USA, UAE, Jordan and KSA. He has been awarded multiple Research Excellence awards, published 70+ papers in leading refereed journals and conference proceedings. He is currently with the department of Electrical Engineering at Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd University and also holds a joint appointment with Florida Solar Energy Center. He was listed in Stanford University’s top 2% most-cited scientists worldwide in the field of Electrical & Electronic Engineering (subfield of Energy) in 2019, 2020 and 2021.
