Harish Karneddi received the B.Tech. degree in electrical and electronics engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada, India, in 2015, and the M.Tech. degree in electrical engineering with a specialization in electrical drives from the Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology, Bhopal, India, in 2020. Currently, he is working toward the Ph.D. degree in the department of hydro and renewable energy at the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, Roorkee, India. His research focuses on electric-vehicle charging infrastructure, power conversion systems and control, multilevel inverters, and pulse width-modulation schemes. Mr. Karneddi has been the Prime Minister Research Fellowship India recipient since December 2021.
