Mohammed Amer Karout: Received B.Sc. degree in electrical power engineering from Damascus University in 2016, and the M.Sc. degree in electrical power engineering from the University of Warwick in 2021. He is currently pursuing his Doctoral degree with CDT for future mobility at the University of Warwick and is sponsored by Vishay company. He is mainly focused on characterisation, reliability and packaging of WBG semiconductors. He is also focusing on MMC applications in a solar PV systems and EV battery chargers.
