Sadab Mahmud is pursuing his Ph.D. in electrical engineering at The University of Toledo, where he works as a graduate research assistant. He received his B.S. degree in electrical and electronics engineering from the Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology, Dhaka, Bangladesh, in 2016 and his M.S. degree in electrical engineering from The University of Toledo, Toledo, OH, USA. His research interests include controlling and optimizing photovoltaic (PV) arrays, utilizing wide-bandgap devices for next-generation power electronics applications, optimizing and managing integrated energy systems (IES), and transactive control techniques for grid modernization.
