Arshiah Mirza (Pronouns: She, Her, Hers) is a Sr. Electrical Engineer at Shell Techworks. Before joining Shell, she got a PhD Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) at University of Connecticut in December 2022. Her dissertation focus was on performance enhancement of marine electric propulsion systems and their insulation systems. She got her Masters in ECE in 2019 and Bachelors in Electrical and Electronics Engineering in 2016. She did two ECE R&D focused internships in the US – one at R&D Dynamics Bloomfield, CT and other at ABB Corporate Research Center, Raleigh, North Carolina. In India, she did two internships at Nuclear Fuel Complex, Department of Atomic Energy, Hyderabad, India.
