Zhongchao Sun (Ph.D student, Aalborg University; Student Member, IEEE) received the B.S. degree in safety engineering and the M.S. degree in control science and engineering from the Department of Reliability and Systems Engineering, Beihang University, Beijing, China in 2018 and 2021, respectively. He is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree at Aalborg University, Aalborg, Denmark, and the research topic is digital design-based and data-driven combined power electronics packaging reliability analysis method.
His research interests include digital design-based reliability analysis of wide band semiconductor packaging, power electronics packaging interconnect material modeling and characterization, data-driven and physics of failure combined prognostics and health management method, and multiphysics finite element analysis.
