Masaki Takahashi

Masaki Takahashi is currently a PhD fellow at the Department of Energy, Aalborg University (AAU), Aalborg, Denmark. He received the B.E. and the M.S. degree in physics from the Kwansei Gakuin University, Hyogo, Japan, in 2014 and 2016. After he worked at an electronics company as a product design engineer, he joined the Group of the Center of Digitalized Electronics (CoDE) at AAU from 2021. His research interests include the power module design and thermo-mechanical modeling of advanced power modules such as 10kV or more SiC-MOSFETs power modules.
