Hajime Takayama

Hajime Takayama received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering from Kyoto University, Japan, in 2019 and 2021, respectively, where he is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree with the Department of Electrical Engineering. His research interests include active gate driving of SiC MOSFETs and its application to power converters.
