Ching-Hsiang Yang (Student Member, IEEE) received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering from National Tsing Hua University, Hsinchu, Taiwan, in 2012 and 2014, respectively. He is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering with the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, University of Tennessee, Knoxville, TN, USA. He joined Delta Electronics Industrial Automation Department, Taoyuan, Taiwan, as a Senior Engineer in 2014, where he worked on grid-connected converter applications and system design. During 2019-2021, he was a Senior Engineer in Advanced Technology Center, Chicony Power Technology, Taiwan, working on integrated motor drive control and system design. His current research interests include wide-band gap devices and applications medium voltage power electronics, cryogenic power electronics.
