Shuyan Zhao is now a PhD candidate researcher in electrical engineering with Drexel University, Philadelphia, PA, USA. He received the B.S. degree from Wuhan University, Wuhan, China, in 2017, and the M.S. degree from the China University of Mining and Technology, Xuzhou, China, in 2020, both in electrical engineering.
His research interests include application of high voltage wide bandgap semiconductors, dc circuit breakers, and wireless power transfer technology.
