Xingchen Zhao (S’18) received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (NUAA), Nanjing, China in 2015 and 2018 respectively. Xingchen Zhao is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree in power electronics in the Center for Power Electronics Systems (CPES) at the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. His research interests include multi-level inverters, application of SiC devices, integrated sensor design and EMI filter design. Xingchen Zhao was a recipient of the prize paper award at 2021 IEEE Energy Conversio Congress and Exposition (ECCE) and the best presentation award at CPES annual conference in 2022.
