Yu Zhou is a Ph.D. student in electrical engineering at the University of Minnesota. His research focuses on high-frequency resonant inverters including load impedance independence, wide-bandwidth output power control, and synchronization of parallel inverters. He completed his M.S. in Automotive Engineering and his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Jiangsu in China. He has more than a decade years of experience in the industry. He worked at BMW for the powertrain system development of electric and hybrid vehicles and at BOSCH for the common rail system development of diesel vehicles.
