Lincoln Xue received his PhD from CPES, Virginia Tech in 2015 and worked in power supply industry for 2 years and in Navitas Semiconductor for 4 years. Currently he is an R&D staff and Subprogram Manager at Oak Ridge National Laboratory. His research focus is on using wide bandgap based power electronics and advanced power architecture, to cut carbon footprint and enable electrification for both transportation and buildings sectors. He is a winner of ORNL BTSD Early Career Award and a senior member of IEEE.
