This talk will provide an overview of state of the art point of load VR power delivery solutions for Data center CPUs and power delivery architectures. This talk will expand on 12V to 0.8 1.8V and 5V to 0.8-1.8V 500-1000A VR solutions as well. This will illustrate impacts on efficiency and solution size.
