This talk will provide a high level overview of power supply unit (PSU) techniques for immersion cooling to reduce Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) and carbon emission in data center. The goal is to help designers and researchers understand the related challenges and design methods for immersion cooling PSU and to facilitate the immersion cooling application in data center.
