This paper presents a phase-control method by designing paralleled class Φ2 inverters to provide constant output power independent of load variation at MHz frequencies. The proposed inverter was implemented to deliver a constant 300 W rated power at 13.56 MHz with a drain efficiency above 92% with a load variation range of 25 Ω - 55 Ω.
