A novel non-isolated bidirectional DCX (NBDCX) converter is presented in this digest. Compared with the conventional DCX-LLC converter, the NBDCX converter reduces winding turns by connecting the primary and secondary sides of traditional LLC in series, and multiplexed windings are proposed to reduce the RMS current and balance the current of each winding. Meanwhile, all switches in NBDCX converter have the same voltage and current stress, and can and can achieve ZCS soft switching. Finally, the proposed converter is verified on a 330kHz NBDCX prototype with the highest efficiency of 95%.
