D02.8 - A Two-Phase Hybrid Switched Capacitors Converter with Interleaving Control Scheme for Flying Capacitors Self-Balancing

The proposed converter utilizes a dual-path power stage with phase interleaving to balance the flying capacitor voltages and track input within only one switching cycle. Meanwhile, low conduction loss is obtained by only one switch in discharge path, compared with two series switches in three-level converter. Together with two-phase operations, the presented converter remains a fast transient response and small output ripple。
