An interleaved flyback DC-DC converter with a wide input voltage range with the GaN E-HEMT is implemented to achieve high power density. The converter inherent with leakage energy recycle function can reduce the output current ripple to improve efficiency for high-frequency operation. Finally, a prototype with 1 MHz switching frequency is implemented with input voltage 72 V to 240 V, output voltage 24 V, rated power 144 W to verify the theoretical analysis. The synchronous rectifiers are used for higher efficiency. The the highest efficiency is 84.1% at 50%load with the input voltage of 72 V
