This presentation is to teach the practicing engineer how to setup and take accurate double pulse measurements with SiC MOSFETs. This presentation will cover proper probing technique and cover different acceptable methods of measuring drain to source current which is often one of the biggest challenges in taking these measurements accurately. It will also discuss other considerations like pcb design, filter caps, and gate driver impact.
