With the growing electricity consumption in data center applications, the efficiency of the Power Supply Unit (PSU) plays a big role in the global carbon footprint. Additionally, the power density is directly related to the number of PSUs that can be stacked in one rack. In this work, we present a number of practical techniques to improve the density and performance of the PSU.
