Focused Test is based in Boulder CO where we design and manufacture a family of power discrete and IC testers for engineering and production test. Our WBG test applications include Switching Tests (UIS, CIS, Short Circuit), Delta Vsd, TDDB and Rg for SiC and Dynamic Rdson test for GaN HEMT.
