Laura Andromalos has worked from coast to coast as a dietitian, diabetes educator, and nutrition manager since 2009. In 2022, she graduated from nursing school. She is a bilingual labor and delivery nurse at Hennepin Healthcare in Minneapolis MN where she combines her dual disciplines to support the health of women and newborns. She holds a BS in Nutrition Sciences from Cornell University, a MS in Health Communication from Boston University, and is currently pursuing a MS in Nursing from Capella University. She has presented at conferences around the world, has published articles in scientific journals and consumer-focused magazines, and has held leadership positions in several professional organizations. Outside of work, Laura is a flying trapeze artist, an auntie to six nephews and nieces, and an avid traveler with her husband, Mike, and pup, Bandit.
