Alex Tessnow, MD, MBA, ECNU is an Associate Professor of Internal Medicine, Division of Endocrinology at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. His clinical efforts focus on the management of thyroid nodules and thyroid cancer. Dr. Tessnow has served on faculty at UTSW since 2011 and plays a principal role in the education of fellows in diagnostic neck ultrasound and image-guided fine needle aspiration.
