Learning Objectives:

Evaluate bilateral adrenal masses for risk of malignancy and hormone hyperfunction and/or co-secretion.
Interpret adrenal venous sampling in the setting of bilateral adrenal masses in ACTH independent autonomous cortisol secretion.
Evaluation and management of bilateral adrenal massess with evidence of hormone co-section (ACTH independent autonmous cortisol secretion and hyperaldosteronism).
