Pan Chen, PhD, is the Director of Educational Outcomes at PeerVoice. She holds a doctoral degree in human science and completed postdoctoral training at the University of Chicago. Dr. Chen brings over 15 years of research and evaluation experience in academic, social service, healthcare research, and medical education settings to her current role. At PeerVoice, Dr. Chen oversees and leads the strategy and implementation of all program evaluation endeavors. Breaking from the traditional evaluation approach that focuses primarily on impact validation, Dr. Chen applied a research lens and a team-based approach in developing an insights-driven program evaluation model that not only informs educational impact but also sheds light on future education opportunities, quality improvement, and CE outcomes model advancement.
