Ms. Rudell has over 40 years of healthcare industry experience, including medical education, the pharmaceutical industry, and nursing instruction. In her role as Senior Vice President, Chief Content Officer, and Managing Editor for Projects In Knowledge, she provides strategic and scientific direction to content developed for PIK's CE activities. She has designed and implemented shared decision making (SDM) pilots to evaluate the impact of educational interventions on behavioral changes involving SDM in the practice setting. The findings of these pilots have been accepted by major medical conferences and presented in their poster sessions.
Ms. Rudell's strong scientific background and industry experience have enabled her to provide strategic direction to CE educational programming in most therapeutic areas. In medical education, she conceptualized and implemented a wide variety of programs. She has had a role in the Joint Accreditation self-study and was also deeply involved in the last three PIK successful ACCME reaccreditation cycles.
