Michele oversees the CE unit's operations and compliance and has spent 25 years measuring and improving PIK’s overall CE program. She manages strategic alliances with outside organizations while directing the overall planning/process for CME/CE, including the pursuit of Joint Accreditation in 2019. Prior to joining PIK, Michele directed diverse QA and practice management endeavors at a major MCO.
