Rachael M. Andrie, PhD, serves as a Senior Scientific Director in Oncology at Clinical Care Options (CCO), which is part of Clinical Care Alliance (CEA). Before transitioning her career into Continuing Professional Development in 2015, she received a PhD in Botany & Plant Pathology from Oregon State University with a focus on molecular plant-microbe interactions and disease pathogenesis, followed by shifting her focus to disease pathogenesis in humans through a series of Postdoctoral Research Fellowships at Oregon Health & Science University. She has extensive experience in scientific writing and editing and content development, and especially enjoys helping others tell their stories, scientific and otherwise.
