Sierra Powell has been with the Association of Regulatory Boards of Optometry for over 10 years. Since 2017, Ms. Powell has served as the Manager of Accreditation Services for the Council on Optometric Practitioner Education (COPE), which is a program created by ARBO to accredit continuing education on behalf of optometric licensing boards.
