Erin is the Founder and CEO/Principal Consultant of Vivacity Consulting. During her career, Erin has consistently worked to improve medical education programs, meet ACCME compliance, and facilitate the development of CME leadership and champions. She started her career in 1997 with the association management firm, BSC Management, where she was the Executive Director of the American Head & Neck Society and the Association for Academic Surgery. She founded Vivacity Consulting in 2010. She has helped over 27 organizations achieve ACCME or CMA accreditation. She currently volunteers as the Editor-in-Chief of the Almanac Editorial Board.
