With the grant market so competitive, how can you make your proposal stand out to buyers (supporters)? Do you wonder why one proposal sells, while another is passed over? Do your proposals have all the amenities, or are they in need of renovation? Is your proposal a fixer-upper, or does it represent a dream activity?
In this session, small groups of renovators (submitters) will turn dilapidated proposals that have potential into showpieces that are helping revitalize educational initiatives throughout healthcare. Renovators will declutter proposals for better staging to ultimately obtain multiple offers.
Innovation: The third iteration of this type of session, following Alligator Pit and Outcomes Wars. Although this session is addressing the ongoing need of improved grant proposals, it dives deeper into instructional design to tackle the following:
1) Moving away from "one and done" programs
2) Throwing the kitchen sink into an activity- from diagnosis to treatment in 30 minutes
3) Reconnecting the teams involved in developing a grant funded activity- including faculty & patients
