Our poster will describe the creation of CME project Welcoming Spaces: Treating Your LBGTQ+ Patient, and the way three organizations invoked the Pioneer Spirit to design and develop this project together. We will share key tips that other organizations can take with them while creating their educational projects including seeking out real stories, collaborating with diverse perspectives, and instilling equitable practices. The poster will also feature stills from the course, and we will have a tablet that attendees can use to take a demo of the course.
