This poster will showcase how an innovative collaboration between the American Society for Clinical Pathology, Q Synthesis, and Clinical Care Options resulted in a comprehensive, multimodal educational approach designed to advance knowledge, competence, and performance related to HER2-low breast cancer among pathologists and other interprofessional team members. The poster will highlight the clinical gaps addressed by the project, the educational strategy, the delivery modalities, program outcomes, and implications for scalability/replicability.
