The modern learner dedicates about 1% of their work week for learning and decides within seven seconds if content is right for them or not. So how can you hook your learner and keep them engaged?

With trivia competition, participants will discover how to hook the modern learner using storytelling in microlearning and gamification when creating education opportunities.

Upon completion of this session, participants will be able to:

1. Describe the time-starved and easily distracted modern learner.


2. Apply techniques to keep the learner engaged in online learning.
