With a focus on complex first party insurance disputes, Jon works to quickly identify the issues in contention and work with the client to develop a strategy toward resolution. By anticipating what may happen during the course of an investigation or dispute, he seeks to help his clients avoid unnecessary expense and exposure while also efficiently proceeding with litigation where necessary.

Jon understands the risks and quality of work required in high-stakes litigation, but also the efficiency required where the amount at issue is smaller. He assists clients with their investigations of claims, identifying issues, analyzing coverage and assessing exposure. When a dispute arises, he utilizes arbitration, mediation, litigation and other dispute resolution mechanisms to help clients reach a reasonable and efficient resolution.
