Mr. Tyler received his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland in 1979, and
was graduated from the University of Florida College of Law in 1982. He joined the Law
Offices of John F. Fannin in 1983. For several years thereafter, he concentrated his practice
in the representation of insurance carriers on issues of willful burning, fraud and application
misrepresentation. In the early 1990's, Mr. Tyler began shifting the focus of his practice to
the representation of insureds on the same issues. In his 39+ years of practice, Mr. Tyler
has had the opportunity to try a number of cases involving windstorm, sinkhole, theft, fraud and willful burning for
both insurance carriers and insureds. His practice presently includes the
representation of insureds in all types of coverage issues.
